Job Title Service Account Manager Section Technical Service Department, Japan Representative Office Department Global Technical Service Reports to Technical Service Director – Japan Representative Office Scope of the work 1. Directly deal with customers and aim to accomplish sales objectives from the technical service perspectives. 2. Based on the business strategies, to develop and enhance customer relationships for the key account. 3. Provide specific and accurate information from the customers and enable to run the project smoothly and promptly. 4. Understand customer’s requirement and enable to provide service solutions. Require Competencies 1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above (Major in engineering. Preferably in radio telecommunication or computer science). 2. Working experience: At least 5 - 7 year's experience in mobile industry, especially wireless engineering, maintenance and technical support. 3. Language: Business level Japanese. Either conversational English or Chinese. 4. Communication Skills: Requires proactive interpersonal skills – Innovative and Active - which match with Huawei Core Value. Flexibility and teamwork, ability of engineering management, be good at communication and cooperation among different parts. 5. Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery Other Requirements 1. Skilled in wireless knowledge and its development (such as system architecture, signal procedure, GPRS/GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, PHS etc.). 2. Frequent travel requires.
