Director of Manufacturing Department

Must have at least 20 years experience in management of large scale manufacturing. Electronics experience very helpful.

Responsibilities：

1.        Report to the President of Supply Chain Management.

2.        Manage the planning and operation of manufacturing department includes Quality Management, Engineering Management, PCBA production Management, Contract Manufacturing related, guarantee corresponding service within reasonable cost and granted quality.

3.        Develop Manufacturing strategy and manage the total process of production and manufacturing, ensure on time delivery.

4.        Implement QC and QA, team member of QA planning and infrastructure deployment, promote consecutive quality improvement and problem solving to satisfy customer requirement.

5.        Lead the team to set up and conduct the improvement in manufacturing quality in engineering system.

6.        In charge of human recourse management and organization development in professional and global view

Requirements：

1.        Bachelor degree or above in electronics, production management or related

2.        15 years’ experience above in large communication manufacturing enterprises or related, at least 10 years’ experience in managerial position, global manufacturing experience will be a plus.

3.        Strong knowledge of the goals and processes of different functional areas Production Management, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering, Business Planning and Logistics Management, Financial and Cost Management etc.

4.        Advanced Manufacturing Management concept in the business and know-how of international enterprise manufacturing operation are required, excellent skills to work in cross-function teams.

5.        Strong abilities in staff management, performance enhancement, project coordination, cost control and production planning.

6.        Fluency in English or Japanese, willing to work in Shenzhen or other cities in China.
